Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. We're working on adding more locations soon!
How much is shipping?
The total cost of shipping depends on your location and will be calculated at the Checkout page before you pay and complete your order.
When will I receive my order?
Our standard delivery times are roughly as follows:
- Europe (2-4 working days)
- United States (3-5 working days)
- United Kingdom (2-4 working days)
- Australia (3-5 working days)
We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. Dispatch may take two or more working days during very busy periods.
Will I be charged import taxes?
We ship directly from our warehouses in the US, Europe, Australia, and the UK, ensuring that you won’t face any unexpected taxes or import duties.

How do I return a product?
To start a return, you can contact us at community@gm-worlds.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. For more information about returns, please click here.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If a product needs to be returned, we ask that our customers arrange the return delivery. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your return.
When will I receive my refund?
If your return was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
